This was a Form making workshop of two weeks for foundation year students. Here they explored paper, cutting techniques and back lighting to give a sense of depth and shadow play. Students were encouraged to pick stories and scenes from fables or folk tales, see how layers can work to create visuals and make it in detail with paper cut art. Building skills with this hands on technique and exploring various kinds of paper, lighting and staging of the scene was the focus of this workshop.
